1. Formation of the contract.

These Terms of Purchase govern the purchase of products through this website. By placing an order, you offer to buy the products in the order on these terms. The contract is formed when we confirm the order by sending an order confirmation through the contact method provided at checkout. Before confirmation, we may decline or cancel an order for reasons including product unavailability, a pricing or description error, a suspected fraudulent transaction, a shipping restriction, or a destination-specific restriction on personal care products or alcohol-based fragrances that was disclosed at checkout or that could reasonably have been discovered.

An order confirmation is not an acceptance of every term you may have included in a purchase order or communication; it is an acceptance of the order on the terms described here and in the Shipping Policy, the Refund Policy, and the Privacy Policy. If an order is declined after payment authorization, the authorized amount is released or refunded under the Refund Policy’s processing time.

2. Pricing and currency.

All prices are displayed in USD. The price displayed at checkout for the merchandise, together with any applicable tax that is separately stated, is the amount charged. Shipping is free under the Shipping Policy and is not added as a separate charge. Duties and import-related charges on international orders are covered by us under the Shipping Policy; they are not charged to you at delivery.

We reserve the right to correct a pricing error before an order is confirmed. If an order is placed at an incorrect price and the error is material and discoverable, we may cancel the order and refund the amount paid rather than fulfill at the incorrect price. If an order has already been confirmed and the pricing error is not attributable to you, we will contact you through the Contact page to offer the choice of cancellation with a refund or fulfillment at the corrected price. A discount displayed as a percentage off is calculated against the reference price shown on the product page at the time of the order; a reference price that is later corrected does not retroactively change a confirmed order unless the error was material and the order is handled under the correction process described here.

3. Payment authorization and fraud screening.

Payment is authorized at checkout through the payment processor. An authorization is not a capture; the capture occurs when the order is confirmed and processed. If the processor declines the transaction, the order is not confirmed, and no contract is formed for that order. We may use fraud-screening tools that evaluate transaction and device information; an order may be held or declined if the screening result indicates a risk. If an order is held, we may contact you through the order confirmation channel for verification. Failure to provide verification within a reasonable period may result in cancellation and release of the authorization.

4. Product descriptions, cosmetic status, and availability.

Product descriptions, images, ingredient lists, and scent descriptions are provided in good faith and are intended to be accurate. Minor variations in color, texture, shape, scent intensity, or packaging appearance may occur because of natural material variation, batch differences, or manufacturing updates; such variations are not defects unless they materially change the product’s disclosed ingredients or performance. A cold process bar may show slight variations in surface pattern, edge shape, or shade from batch to batch; those are characteristics of the method, not quality failures.

The products sold on this website are cosmetics or ordinary soaps intended for cleansing, beautifying, promoting attractiveness, or altering the appearance. They are not drugs, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and are not intended to affect the structure or any function of the body in a way that would require drug approval. Deodorants sold on this website are intended to neutralize or mask odor; they are not antiperspirants and do not block perspiration, and no claim is made that they treat a medical condition. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read the product information and that you understand the difference between a cosmetic claim and a drug claim.

Availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed but before confirmation, we may cancel the order and refund the amount paid, or contact you to offer an alternative.

5. Intended use, patch testing, and individual sensitivities.

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and that you will use the product in accordance with its intended purpose and the instructions on the label. You acknowledge that personal care products can cause reactions in some individuals, that individual sensitivities and allergies vary, and that a patch test before broader use is a reasonable precaution if you have sensitive skin or known allergies. You acknowledge that the product is for external use only unless the label states otherwise, that contact with eyes should be avoided, and that use should be discontinued if irritation occurs.

This acknowledgment does not shift responsibility for the accuracy of the product labeling or the safety of the product as manufactured to you; it is a statement that the use of a personal care product involves individual biological factors that a website cannot evaluate, and that the ingredient list and the patch-test guidance are provided so that you can make an informed decision about whether a product is appropriate for you. A reaction to a product is not, by itself, evidence of a defect; it may reflect an individual sensitivity. A defect claim must be based on a compromised product, a labeling error, a foreign object, or a failure to match the disclosed formulation.

6. Shipping, delivery, and risk of loss.

Shipping and delivery are governed by the Shipping Policy. Processing time is one to three business days; the estimated delivery window is six to twelve calendar days after the order is placed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the address you provide, or upon delivery to a carrier-designated collection point where the carrier’s tracking record confirms delivery. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, the Shipping Policy’s lost-parcel and damage provisions apply.

For personal care products, risk of loss includes the risk of heat exposure or leakage during transit after delivery to the carrier, to the extent the carrier’s handling is outside our control. Inspect the product upon delivery and do not use a product that has leaked, been soaked, or been exposed to a contaminant in transit until the condition has been assessed. A solid bar that has softened in transit may be usable after inspection; a bar that has deformed significantly or developed an off-odor should be reported rather than used.

7. Returns and refunds.

Returns and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. The return window is sixty calendar days from delivery. Refunds are processed within five to ten business days after an approved return is received and inspected. The Refund Policy describes the seal-integrity requirement, the condition requirements for personal care products, and the treatment of damaged or defective items. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review the Refund Policy and that it forms part of the contract. The seal-integrity requirement is a hygiene and resale condition, not a penalty, and it applies equally to all customers.

8. Duties, taxes, and import charges.

International orders are shipped with duties and import-related charges covered by us, as described in the Shipping Policy. You are not required to pay additional amounts to the carrier or a customs authority to receive the order. This commitment does not make us the importer of record, and it does not relieve you of the obligation to respond accurately to a lawful request for information from a customs authority if one is made directly to you. If a destination restricts the import of a personal care product, an alcohol-based fragrance, or a product containing a specific botanical ingredient, the order may be cancelled and refunded under the Shipping Policy’s destination-restriction provision.

9. Limitation of liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability arising out of or relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the merchandise in that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of use, or loss of data, arising from the purchase or use of a product, except where such limitation is prohibited by law. Nothing in this section limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law.

For a personal care product, this limitation does not exclude liability for a failure of the product to conform to its disclosed ingredients or formulation, for a labeling error, or for a safety defect that is attributable to our acts or omissions, including a packaging defect that creates a mechanical hazard where that hazard was known or reasonably should have been known to us. It does limit liability for outcomes that depend on an individual sensitivity or allergic reaction that was not disclosed to us and could not reasonably have been anticipated from the product formulation, or on use inconsistent with the label instructions.

10. Indemnification.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of a product, or your violation of applicable law, except to the extent the claim is caused by our negligence or willful misconduct. This provision does not apply to a consumer claim that applicable law prohibits from being subject to indemnification. Misuse includes using a personal care product for a purpose other than its intended external use, disregarding label warnings, or using a product after a seal has been compromised.

11. Governing law and dispute resolution.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the store operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection law requires the application of the consumer’s local law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the Contact page process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless applicable law provides a different forum that cannot be waived. Before initiating a legal action, you agree to contact us through the Contact page and allow a reasonable period for resolution; this step is intended to resolve disputes efficiently and does not waive any right.

12. Severability and entire agreement.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect, and the unenforceable provision is modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. These terms, together with the Shipping Policy, the Refund Policy, and the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the purchase, and they supersede any prior or contemporaneous communication on the same subject.
